HOW DOES THIS ALL WORK?

Glad you asked! I mainly see patients via telehealth through a HIPAA secure platform. I use a secure specialized therapy website that protects your personal information. No one else can see it! This will be explained further if you choose to be scheduled for a visit.

HOW DO I KNOW IF WE ARE A GOOD FIT?

If you are interested in working with me, please fill out the contact section. I will then text or call you so we can meet each other and get an idea of what your goals may be. If we feel we are a good fit then we will schedule an intake appointment and go from there. What if you change your mind? That's okay too! We aren't meant for everyone in this world but there is someone for everyone and that is beautiful. It is okay if it isn't me and I will recommend a way to look for someone who may be a better fit for you. I am all about helping people find the right resources to meet their goals!

DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE?

Many times insurance companies cause delays in treatment. Other times they deny or try to dictate your treatment. In order to provide direct and timely treatment, I do not take insurance and I am considered "out of network". However, I will produce a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company to request to be reimbursed for the cost of your visit. Some insurance companies will reimburse for all of part of your visit.

HOW LONG DOES A VISIT TAKE?

Intake visits usually take 75 minutes. After the intake, progress visits vary depending on our agreed treatment plan. An initial recheck or a visit with therapy may last 45 - 50 minutes. For a simple medication recheck with everything progressing well after we have been working together and feel that you are on a stable course, the visit may take 15 - 20 minutes.
